How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to our office, quoting your booking reference.
Cancellation charges
Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the non-refundable conditions of the airline, hotels and visa. The charges that apply to your booking are listed in your written terms before you pay.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method once any supplier refunds have been received.
If we need to make changes
If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will contact you as soon as possible with alternatives or a refund of the affected element.
