Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed once you accept the written quote and the required deposit has been received. The deposit amount and balance due date are stated in your quote.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting visa, health and vaccination requirements. We will advise on current requirements for Umrah.
Changes
Changes to names, dates or hotels after confirmation may incur charges set by airlines and hotels. We will tell you about any cost before making a change.
